Transition to Playwork (from Early Years)

CACHE Level 3 Award in Transition to Playwork (from Early Years) (QCF)

To do this course you must already hold a level 3 Early Years qualification.

This qualification is based on the National Occupational Standards for Playwork and will develop the knowledge needed when working in playwork settings. It covers the theories and principles of play and playwork, risk management and how to support the needs and rights of children to create diverse play environments.

This course is suitable for Early Years practitioners who would like to broaden their knowledge and work in a playwork setting.

You work at your own pace but should expect to take around 12 months to complete your course.
