This is a knowledge only qualification which aims to improve your understanding of stress.
You will look at what stress is, the causes of stress and how it can affect people in various ways, as well as the effects stress can have on health. You will also learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and look at a range of healthy strategies to prevent or reduce the effects of stress.
The course is run over one 2 hour session, with work to then complete at home to confirm your knowledge and understanding.
Upon completion of the qualification you will be awarded with an NCFE Cache certificate.
